Return and Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. The 7-day return window begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking information.

Regular, personalized, and engraved urns are eligible for return or exchange. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

How to start a return by mail

Before sending any product back, contact LEO Memorial Concepts by email at leofortyseven@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, the reason for the request, and photos if the item arrived damaged.

After the return is approved, LEO Memorial Concepts will provide the return mailing instructions and return address. Do not mail a product back until the return has been approved and the return address has been provided.

Approved returns are accepted by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds and shipping charges

No restocking fee is charged. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an item arriving damaged, the wrong item being sent, or another fulfillment issue caused by LEO Memorial Concepts.

Damaged arrivals

If an item arrives damaged, contact LEO Memorial Concepts as soon as possible and before returning the product. Include the order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue so the team can review the order and provide next steps.

For approved damaged-item claims, LEO Memorial Concepts will help arrange the appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund based on the order details and the condition of the item received.
